Why this system?
In a gold shop the gram price changes daily, every piece has its own weight, karat and making charge, and scrap comes and goes by weight — so hand calculations and notebooks invite mistakes and disputes with customers, and the owner never knows exactly what is in the drawer or the showcase.
The system prices every invoice from the barcode and today’s rate automatically, records gold in and out by gram and karat, closes the drawer at day end with the difference, and counts the showcase by scanning instead of by hand.

Scan a piece from any screen and it is priced from its weight, karat, today’s rate and making charge, with a permission-limited discount and tax.
Exchange & used gold
Old gold comes in by karat, weight and deduction; used gold is bought for cash with a receipt the seller signs.
Daily gram prices
Buy and sell prices for 24K, 22K, 21K and 18K, set at the start of the day and applied everywhere.
Stock & tags
Every piece with a barcode, weight, karat and making charge, and Zebra tags printed automatically after a purchase or opening balance.
Daily cash drawer
Open the drawer, record every movement automatically, log expenses, then close by counting notes and print the day report.
Count by scanning
Count the whole shop, a category or a karat by scanning and weighing scrap, with missing and extra pieces, approval and adjustment.
